Passion is a strong belief in something. It is the fuel that propels when obstacles and challenges are encountered. Passion often brings about the learning and development of new skills. Having a strong passion is not enough to attain excellence. Honesty and having strong moral principles are equally important.

Integrity is considered by some as the most important principle of leadership. Everybody plays a leading role in one way or another. It is therefore important for everyone to have integrity. Integrity comes into play most time in telling the truth when the truth looks ugly. But it is always better, to be honest than to delude others.

Excellence is the quality of being extremely good and to appreciate things being done in a consistently refined manner. In order to be excellent, one must not be satisfied with the current level of knowledge one has. The hunger to always seek more knowledge should never die.
